Fresh Faces Denver Fashion Show Features Excelsior Students

What: Westwood College’s North Denver Campus fashion merchandising students are hosting a poolside fashion show at Excelsior Youth Center, Fresh Faces Denver, featuring fashions by Denver designer Frances Roces of Kimono Dragon. As part of its event-planning course, the Westwood students are responsible for coordinating all details of this event with the slogan: “promoting self esteem for adolescent girls.” Students from Excelsior Youth Center, the largest residential treatment center in the country for troubled teenaged girls ages 11 to 18, will model the designs. Light refreshments will be served, door prizes will be awarded and all proceeds will benefit the girls of Excelsior.

When: Saturday, July 18 at 6 p.m.

Where: Excelsior Youth Center, 15001 E. Oxford Ave., Aurora, Colo.
